How to create users, roles, privileges using kibana GUI

Hi,
I want to install elasticsearch and kibana ReadonlyRest plugin. I want to know about ReadonlyRest functionality means after installation wheather kibana providing GUI for creating users, roles, privileges etc or not.
Is there GUI to create Users, Roles, Privileges ?
