Log files rotations

Hi, ROR team! Do you have any planes to support file-rolling? When configure it for kibana I see: logging.appenders.rolling-file.policy.type config parameter declared in kibana.yml is not supported yet. It will be ignored

There is a plan to support it; however, not in the next release. Here is a workaround for a rolling-file.
