Does Readonlyrest support Kibana ‘Security App’ and/or ‘Stack Management-Security-API Keys’? I do not see both of them. Are there any plans to add it?
In Stack Management I do not see any Security “objects“.
And when I try to use Security solution in separated Space
and switch to this space I get

No, we don’t support X-Pack Security-related applications, and there is no plan to support them

All Security applications are hidden by design, and the option to select Security from Solution view It is considered a bug, which will be fixed.
Okay, so when using Readonlyrest the “Stack Management→Security→API Keys” is not and will not be available in kibana, right? The only way to manage Elastic API keys could be via Elastic API?

I discussed it internally, and since we will develop this support (for now, it’s only for fleet usage), we will also introduce management via Kibana UI

Yes, currently the only way to manage it is via the Elastic API. It’s tested and works as expected.
I would add that the support was introduced in a minimal way to support Fleet-related use cases.
But as soon as we see that some of our enterprise clients are interested in API Keys usage in a different context, I expect that we will improve the solution in the future. But there are no plans for when exactly.
