Can I have users in the ReadonlyREST PRO which would not have access on ReadonlyREST configuration and managment advanced settings in the kibana
plz link me any guide if it exists

If I understood correctly you want some kibana users in ROR PRO to not have access to the YAML settings tab (the ROR Kibana App).
Yes sure, this is done with kibana_hide_apps rule.
Add this rule to the block corresponding to the user you want to prohibit access to the ROR settings:
kibana_hide_apps: ["readonlyrest_kbn"]
