I am writing to see when ReadOnlyRest 1.39.0 may be officially released. We noticed a bug in 1.38.0 that ROR has provided us a personal patch for, however we kind of wanted to wait for the official release before we apply it to our production environment. Any idea when 1.39.0 is going to be released?

We are ironing out the UX of the new Elasticsearch “patching” mechanism (similar to what we have in the Kibana plugin). This will lay out the groundwork for more stable foundation and more advanced features in the future ReadonlyREST releases.
Give us a week to make things well, and document this breaking change adequately.
